This year 2016-2017 we have started the project "Conquering the Catalan Peaks"

The plan is to reach Catalan peaks, starting with those of less height

For athletes with lower physical abilities, routes with less difficulty are performed. Several authors have proved that interaction with the nature favors emotional well-being and reduces obesity, as well as preventing type II diabetes mellitus and improving muscle strength of the major muscle groups in the entire population.

On the other hand, the medical and physical checks carried out have confirmed that the majority of the participants in the project have good levels of cardiovascular resistance, but important deficiencies in the levels of muscular strength of the lower limbs. That is why mountain related activities are proposed every quarter with the aim of continuing to carry out cardiovascular work, but above all with strength.

Activitats Físiques a la Natura.

Activitats aeròbiques molt recomanables per les característiques físiques de les persones amb Diversitat Funcional Intel·lectual: caminades, rutes. conquerir pics catalans, la neu. Preparades i acompanyades per professionals de la Fundació. En el 2019 se’n realitzaran tres per grup en caps de setmana. 

Acompanyaments esportius individuals.

Hi ha persones que per les seves característiques requereixen d’una atenció personalitzada dirigida a potenciar les HAPS (Habilitats d’Autonomia Personals i Socials). Un medi òptim per iniciar aquests treball és a través de l’esport.
