Marc Combis

Trainer for the Project Health, Physical Exercise and Intellectual Functional Diversity 
Programme to prevent chronical diseases in the province of Girona-Catalonia


His passion for using education and physical exercise as tools for social cohesion and equality between people led him to take an interest in the Elna Foundation. He has a degree in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences and a Master's Degree in Teacher Training in Compulsory Secondary Education and a Post-Secondary studies specialized in Physical Education. He currently is writing a Phd thesis in the research group on Policies, Programs and Educational and Sociocultural Services of the University of Girona. During all his career, he has always worked to focus efforts on the care of people with IFD, by creating and managing projects both locally and internationally. Currently, he's working on improving his knowledge of educational and physical resources for people with IFD.
